Processing Times

Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order.

**NOTE Orders containing Paul James Knitwear will be shipped between June 1 - June 10 2023

Orders placed after our shipping cut-off time of 2:30pm EST will be
processed on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or
holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Returns + Refunds

Refunds will be given for unworn items and will include the full product amount.

Partial refunds on worn products are based case-by-case and are subject to our discretion. We stand behind each product sold from our store but things happen. We're fair, it's the Canadian thing to do.

Return shipping fees and duties will not be covered by BVBX Equine.

Duties

Some orders may have duties at the boarder which are not covered by BVBX Equine.

Restrictions

Orders shipped to P.O. Box addresses, rural postal codes, and remote locations considered "beyond points" are not eligable for express shipping. Please allow additional time for orders
shipped to these addresses.

Unclaimes/Refused Packages

BVBX does not claim responsibility for any packages unclaimed. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
